灌裝頭部：自動(dòng)定位桶口灌裝，裝嘴下部有接液斗，防止物料滴漏。

開蓋、旋蓋部：不損蓋、不傷蓋、緊蓋密封程度高。

測(cè)漏部：對(duì)旋緊蓋后的桶口進(jìn)行測(cè)漏，判斷桶蓋是否旋緊。不合格報(bào)警。

        This machine is specially designed for 50-300kg liquid barrel packaging. Threaded cap and leak detection, automatic waterproof cap (optional), automatic out of the barrel.This machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to control, touch screen operation.          Filling head: automatic positioning of the barrel mouth for filling, there is a liquid hopper at the lower part of the filling mouth to prevent material leakage.

Opening and screwing parts: no damage to the cover, no damage to the cover, and high sealing degree of the tight cover.

Leak test section: Leak test on the barrel mouth after the lid is tightened to determine whether the barrel lid is tightened. Unqualified alarm.
